Make a 2D tower defense game: defend a seed storehouse in the forest with blooming mushroom turrets. - Gameplay: place and upgrade turrets along the path. Four kinds each have a role (range, slow, pierce, splash), and each has two upgrade branches. Enemies include fast, tough, flying and splitting types. You can speed up or pause at any time. - Levels: 3 maps with 10 to 15 waves each and rising difficulty, rated 1 to 3 stars by remaining lives. - Polish: clear path and range previews, turrets that change look as they upgrade, and satisfying effects when a swarm gets cleared. It should feel like a proper indie game: a consistent, original and distinctive art style (pixel art or hand-drawn, pick one and stick with it), with care for animation, particles, screen shake and sound so hits and controls feel right, and a game-like UI; a title screen, pause, settings, results and a local best score, with a short controls tutorial on first play; English UI and text; fully playable with keyboard, mouse or gamepad on desktop, and playable in landscape on phones.
